The Delanco Township Planning Board shall serve as a planning board and a zoning board of adjustment pursuant to the provisions of N.J.S.A.40:55D-25d, and shall be established in accordance with the provisions set forth in N.J.S.A.40:55D-1 et seq. 

The Planning Board is authorized to adopt such rules and regulations as may be necessary to carry into effect the provisions and purposes of the land use chapters of the Delanco Code.

The nine member board meets each month at 7:00PM in the Municipal Court Room.  Please check the "Planning Board 2010 Meeting Schedule and Deadlines" document below.
