The Delanco Township Joint Land Use Board serves as both a planning board and a zoning board of adjustment pursuant to the provisions of N.J.S.A.40:55D-25d and has been established in accordance with the provisions set forth in N.J.S.A.40:55D-1 et seq. 

The Joint Land Use Board is authorized to adopt such rules and regulations as may be necessary to carry into effect the provisions and purposes of the land use chapters of the Delanco Code.

The nine member board meets each month at 7:00PM in the Municipal Court Room.  Please check the current meeting schedule for specific meeting dates.
