The Burlington County Bar Association
609-261-2220
The Burlington County Bar Association,
through a grant from the
Burlington County Board of Chosen Freeholders,
provides legal assistance to Burlington County
residents age 60 and older.
PREFERENCE FOR SERVICE IS GIVEN TO THOSE INDIVIDUALS WITH THE GREATEST SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC NEED.
After an initial interview with the Program staff, a referral is made to a Program Attorney. Interviews are held at the Burlington County Bar Association, 45 Grant Street, Mt. Holly. Interviews may also be held at the client's home if necessary. The Program is responsible for the attorney's fee. However, a contribution towards the service based on the client's income is suggested.
Clients not eligible for the Senior Citizen Lawyer Referral program will be referred to the Lawyer Referral Service of the Burlington County Bar Association. The fee for the initial consultation is $35.
