The Police Department wishes to alert the community that it is investigating a number of residential burglaries which were perpetrated during the late evening hours when residents are normally at home or sleeping.  The Department wishes to advise the residents to ensure that their doors and windows are locked and secure.  The Department also requests that residents contact the police if they see or hear any suspicious noise or activity.
