Showcase your ghoulish creativity by participating in a Halloween House Decorating Contest. Decorate your house to be the creepiest, spookiest and most frightful sight in the neighborhood! Houses must be decorated no later than Monday, October 19th and addresses registered with the Recreation Commission by emailing recreation@delancotownship.com.
