The Township of Delanco, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 52:27D-313, has issued this affordable housing Midpoint Review report as required by the Township’s Settlement Agreement with Fair Share Housing Center (“FSHC”). Members of the public may arrange to inspect/obtain a paper copy of the Midpoint Review report by calling the municipal clerk at 856-461-0561 or by email at jlohr@delancotownship.com. Any interested party may submit comments to the Township, with a copy to Fair Share Housing Center, regarding whether the compliance mechanisms continue to satisfy the Township’s obligations. Any comments must be received within 30 days of the July 1, 2021 posting date. Any interested party may by motion request a hearing before the Court regarding these issues.
