TOWNSHIP OF DELANCO

NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING

Notice is hereby given that the Delanco Township Committee will hold a special meeting on Wednesday, July 5, 2023 at 7:00pm at the Municipal Building, 770 Coopertown Road, Delanco, NJ 08075. The purpose of this meeting is to have a second reading, a public hearing and consideration for the adoption for Ordinance 2023-10, entitled AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 110 OF THE CODE OF THE TOWNSHIP OF DELANCO TO CREATE THE I-3 (MODIFIED INDUSTRIAL) ZONE, which was introduced by the Delanco Township Committee at its June 12, 2023 scheduled meeting. In addition, formal action may be taken on any and all other business before the Township Committee at this meeting. An Executive Session may be held at this meeting.
