The Friends of the Burlington County Animal Shelter (FOBCAS) is having its annual Paw Prints Pet Fest and 5K on Sunday, September 17th at beautiful historic Smithville Park. This wonderful event attracts over 4,000 attendees and over 500 runners. There will be vendors, food trucks, DJ, kid zone, entertainment, beer garden, etc; a fun day for all. The Friends of the Burlington County Animal Shelter, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization founded in 2010 to save the lives of homeless animals by providing advanced medical care, spay & neuter support, foster care, and more within Burlington County. Our work is within the community and the county shelter with a shared vision of becoming no-kill by 2025 (90% saved). Last year over 3,209 animals entered the shelter and only 2,522 were saved.
