The Township of Delanco, Burlington County, New Jersey will accept proposals for a redeveloper for a parcel of land currently owned by the Township of Delanco at 401 Creek Road for an age-restricted, residential development and/or assisted living facility.

All persons interested in submitting a proposal should visit: Request for Proposals/ Request for Quotes - Delanco Township, New Jersey to obtain a copy of the formal Request for Proposals. The RFP specifies the scope of the services and the requirements for submitting proposals. All proposals must be submitted by 11:00AM on February 27, 2026 at the Township of Delanco, 770 Coopertown Road, Delanco, NJ 08075.

The Township reserves the right to reject any and all proposals received for these services. A copy of said proposal is on file at the Delanco Township Municipal Building and will be available for public inspection during normal business hours.
