OFFICIAL NOTICE
                                         TOWNSHIP OF DELANCO

Notice is hereby given that the Delanco Township Committee will hold a special meeting on Monday, March 31, 2007 at 7:30pm at the Municipal Building, 770 Coopertown Road, Delanco, NJ.  The purpose of this meeting will be the consideration of proposals for the Mansion and discussion and possible action on financing for the Mansion.  The Township Committee may conduct any business which may come before the Township Committee as necessary.  Formal action may be taken and an executive session may be conducted at this meeting.
