Due to inclement weather earlier this month, HPAB has rescheduled the January 3rd meeting.  the HPAB January meeting will be held on Wednesday, January 17th at 7:00PM in the music room of the Zurbrugg Mansion, on the riverbank at 531 Delaware Avenue, Delanco.
