The Township Administrator oversees the administration of all Departments, Offices and Agencies of the Township. It is the Administrator's responsibility to carry out all policies established by the Mayor and Township Committee and serves as liaison between the Mayor and Township Committee and the Township's Departments and Agencies.
The Township Administrator supervises the preparation and implementation of the annual budget; oversees all human resource management; negotiates contracts for the Township as authorized by the governing body; approves all requests for goods and services to be purchased by the Township, and approves all bills and vouchers for payment prior to final approval by the governing body.
The Administrator also acts as a liaison between the Township Residents and the Mayor and Township Committee, with regard to complaints and/or requests for service.
