VENDORSThis event is outside. Electricity will be provided if needed. Spaces at the Christmas Village are limited and are upon receipt of approval by email from Delanco Recreation

I understand my registration is not valid until a written approval by email is received from Delanco Recreation
I understand that spaces are first come first serve
I agree to begin set up between 2:30pm - 4:00pm
I agree to stay until the event is over to avoid hazards to event visitors by breaking down and packing early
I agree to not play loud music
I agree to leave my area clean, and to not leave any trash or debris behind
I understand that an INVOICE will be sent from PayPal which can be paid by credit card, debit card or PayPal account. I can also make a payment by check or money order and mail to: Delanco Recreation 770 Coopertown Rd. Delanco, NJ 08075

Damage WaiverDelanco Township is not responsible for lost, stolen or broken merchandise.

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Township of Delanco from and against any loss, stolen or damage to or liability, including attorneys’ fees and expenses incurred by the latter entities and their respective employees, agents, volunteers or other representatives arising out of or in any manner relating to the installation, operation, use or disassembly of any equipment.
